Sinara Pipe Plant’s Youth Council Declared Best Youth Organization in Kamensk-Uralsky

December 6, 2012. A.I.Brizhan Youth Council at Sinara Pipe Plant (a member of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK)) won in the municipal youth organizations contest called The Leader of the Year 2012, TMK’s press service reports.
The results of the contest were announced at a local youth seminar held in Kamensk-Uralsky’s Social/Cultural Center. Sinara Pipe Plant’s Council was declared the best in the city, while its head Denish Cheburin won in the Head of Youth Organization category for this year.
‘It’s nice to know that our activity, aimed at developing the youth movement at the plant, has been praised so highly. Winning in such an important contest is a powerful incentive to keep on developing the plant’s Youth Council,’ says Sinara Pipe Plant’s Managing Director Sergey Chetverikov.
The contest was coordinated in order to stimulate the local youth’s social activity. Winners were nominated along the following categories: media coverage, new membership dynamic, taking part in local events and projects as well as specialized festivals and contests, and the members’ involvement in the local governments’ performance through youth committees.
