SKB-Bank Issues 1.5bn RUR Worth of Consumer Loans in Far East

November 30, 2012. SKB-Bank opened its first Far Eastern branch in Khabarovsk less than a year ago; this opening was followed by launch of outlets in Vladivostok, Magadan, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Yakutsk, Mirniy, and Neryungri. The branches are already heading towards their first anniversary with impressive performance results: businesspeople located in the Far East were issued 1bn RUR worth of SME loans, while the consumer loans volume came to more than 1.5bn RUR, SKB-Bank reports.
The bank’s branches not only offer plenty of loans to private individuals and SMEs but also take a noticeable part in the life of the cities in which they are based. For one, Yakutsk branch was recently awarded with a medal for their Contribution to the Development of Entrepreneurial Activity and a trophy cup Best Sponsor 2012 by Yakutsk Council.
