The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development signed a framework agreement with AKA Export Finance Bank. The signing of this agreement is one more step on the way to strengthening the UBRD’s international position, the bank’s press service reports.
The agreement was signed in the course of the UBRD’s road show that covered meetings with the representatives of Europe’s largest banks. The meetings were dedicated to further cooperation and the possibilities of using some new products and services in cases when the UBRD does business with the banks of Western Europe.
‘The signing of this agreement with AKA Export Finance Bank means the UBRD has entered a new stage of doing business on the international financial markets. Our foreign partners trust our bank, and European banks are willing to build up on their partnership with the UBRD and reap mutual benefits,’ says the bank’s International Business Department Director Sergey Sisoshvili.
