Auto-Leader-Center Offers Poor Service

Ordzhonikidzevsky District of Sverdlovsk Region division of Rospotrebnadzor (the consumer rights agency) received a complaint regarding the violation of consumers’ rights through rendering poor quality services at OOO Auto-Leader-Center at 8 Kosmonavtov Ave (Off 5) in Yekaterinburg on August 28, 2012, Ordzhonikidzevsky District of Sverdlovsk Region division of Rospotrebnadzor reports.

The agency reacted to the complaint by taking administrative action against Auto-Leader-Center and by inquiring for the information necessary.

Following Zheleznodorozhny District of Sverdlovsk Region division of Rospotrebnadzor’s demand, Auto-Leader-Center provided explanations relating to the complaint and the papers the agency had asked for.

In the end, it was decided that the offended customer should get all the maintenance services at another dealership run by Auto-:Leader Center, where the rear pillar of the shock-absorber in the customer’s car would be replaced, and the examination of the car relating to some trouble with the automatic gearbox and supports will be made.

Auto-Leader-Center decided to meet the customer’s demands and solved the problems stated in the complaint.
