The pubic prosecution authorities of Yekaterinburg’s Chkalovsky District monitored the overall activity of the companies in the communal housing services sector and inspected, among others, Ural Energy Service Company, located in Gotvald St in Yekaterinburg; it was detected that as of April 1, 2012, the company owed Uralsevergaz Independent Gas Company 39.283m RUR, the spokesperson for Sverdlovsk Region public prosecution authorities reports.
With balance at deficit and the lack of own working assets, the debtor company’s management still spent at least 1m RUR on things the business could have done without between April 26, 2011 and April 1, 2012. This resulted in substantial damage to the rights and legal interests of Uralsevergaz Independent Gas Company.
Following the inspection by the authorities, all the files were forwarded to the agency in charge of pretrial investigation so that a decision on whether to take legal action could be made.
