260 Yekaterinburg Dwellers Get on Deceived Investors List

295 citizens who paid their money to dishonest developers for the total of 12,752.93 sq m worth of housing in the future apartment buildings in Sverdlovsk Region in order to get the ownership rights over the apartments have been placed on the register of Sverdlovsk Region-based dishonest developers’ victims in accordance with the Procedure for setting up & keeping this register. These data were carried by Sverdlovsk Region division of the State Construction Surveillance’s press service today.
The number of such victims in Yekaterinburg comes to 260, the number of square meters of not provided housing comes to 11,469.8; in Berezovsky and Verkhnyaya Pyshma, the number of victims and of square meters comes to 4 and 176.56 and to 4 and 117.15, respectively.
To make sure the legal regulations are met, Sverdlovsk Region division of the State Construction Surveillance requested for data on the results of the developers’ tenders that had been carried out in accordance with the Procedure so that the dishonest developers’ victims could be helped.
