On August 23, OAO Gazprombank raised its share in VSMPO-Avisma Corporation from 7.02% to 13.2% or from 809,870 votes to 1,521,870 votes.
Now on August 15, 2012, Gazprombank raised its share in the corporation’s authorized capital from 2.69% to 7.02% or from 309,870 votes to 809,870 votes, Gazprombank’s website reports.
