Shareholding in Khanty-Mansiysky Bank to Be Sold on September 28

The government of Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Region Yugra decided in the course of a recent meeting chaired by Governor Natalya Komarova that the shares of Khanty-Mansiysky Bank which currently belong to the region must be privatized through a sale.
The region currently holds a 44.2% stake in the bank’s authorized capital.
Yugra’s shares are estimated at 12.77bn RUR. This will be the opening bid at the auction; every next bid must exceed the previous one by 638.75m RUR.
The auction has been scheduled for September 28, 2012.
