Zelimkhan Mutsoyev is now the Russian Federation State Duma Deputy again. United Russia’s Council-General decided to propose the candidates for replacing a number of deputies to the Central Election Committee after Deputies Oleg Morozov (the Republic of Tatarstan) and Ekaterina Semenova (Tyumen Region) resigned before the end of their terms.

For one, it was decided to offer a deputy seat for the Republic of Tatarstan to Timur Akulov. Semenova’s seat was offered to Mutsoyev.

In fact, Mutsoyev was on United Russia’s list for Sverdlovsk Region, but he was unable to secure a seat in the course of December elections.
