Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant’s Board of Directors suggested that the plant’s shareholders accept the offer to purchase the company’s shares made to them by Renova Group.
Now Renova Group of Companies intends to consolidate a 100% shareholding in Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant. Renova currently owns a 71.294% stake in the plant. The suggested price for buying the shares has been set at 800 RUR apiece.
