Sverdlovsk Region buys more shares in Central Stadium

Sverdlovsk Region Government decided to buy four shares of Central Stadium, with face value of 1,000 RUR each; the shares are available through an additional share issue and will be purchased with the funds provided for by Sverdlovsk Region’s public property management and public property privatization program for 2012.
Sverdlovsk Region Ministry for Public Property Management was requested to sign a purchase and sale agreement and pay for the shares.
The government’s decree to this extent was carried by Oblastnaya Gazeta today.
‘This purchase will secure Sverdlovsk Region’s blocking shareholding in Central Stadium (25% plus 1 share)’, the Ministry told UrBC when asked about the reasons for buying the shares.
