Yekaterinburg Municipal Bank: Deputy Rafael Shikhov still owes us money

26 March 2012 (09:09)

The founder of a white goods and electronic appliances chain store Rafael Shikhov is no longer on Yekaterinburg Municipal Bank’s list of Anti-Partners (people who failed to meet their obligations towards the bank); however, the businessman has not paid off its debts to the bank yet.

‘Rafael Shikhov is still one of our debtors. The businessman and his organization still haven’t paid off their debt to the bank,’ Assistant to the bank’s President Igor Vassilyev told UrBC.

Now the municipal Duma deputy Rafael Shikhov used to be on the list of those who failed to meet their obligations towards the bank. The corresponding web-page contains some data on the customers, or, rather, the anti-partners, both legal entities and private individuals.

‘These people and organizations disappeared out of sight without having met their obligations. No damage was done to the bank through the actions of these unscrupulous clients, but they could do actual harm to somebody else, including you,’ the bank’s website says.

Incidentally, Rafael Shikhov was unable to explain why his name was taken off the Anti-Partners list.
