Avianova Won’t Contest Court’s Ruling

Avianova decided not to contest the ruling of Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court regarding the airline’s debt to Koltsovo Airport.
Under the existing claim laid by the airport against the company, the court ruled that the airline (currently in demise) has to pay 1.22m RUR worth of debts resulting from the ground servicing of its aircraft.
