Formica, Innoprom Clash in Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court
15 February 2012 (09:52)
F Event (Formica Company) placed a claim against Innoprom and an NGO called Regional Politics Institute with the arbitration court, Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court’s website states.
The company, which used to do business with the defendants in the course of Innoprom 2011 exhibition, insists that the deal effected by loan agreement 2/IRP-311 dated July 19, 2011 be declared invalid; the plaintiff also asks for the consequent procedures for an invalid transaction to be enacted as Innoprom, in the course of going through with the deal, violated the requirements set by the law for large-scale transactions.
The court hearing will take place on February 24, 2012.
The plaintiff also asked to take part in the meeting via videoconferencing, but the petition was rejected.
