Atrium Palace Hotel: Guests Can’t Get In Due to Worshippers

27 October 2011 (10:28)

The representatives of the Yekaterinburg-based Atrium Palace Hotel complain that large crowds of Christian worshippers in Belinsky St. and Rosa Luxemburg St. cause major traffic jams on the roads and thus prevent the guests of the hotel from entering the place.

‘We are not experiencing any critical problems because of the large numbers of worshippers trying to get into Holy Trinity Cathedral next to our building. The only trouble is the traffic jams that make it a bit difficult for our guests to get into the hotel,’ the hotel representatives told UrBC.

Now Yekaterinburg’s Holy Trinity Cathedral is hosting a belt belonging to the Holy Virgin until 8:00 AM on October 27, 2011. The relic will then be transferred to Norilsk. This is why the surrounding streets are now filled with thousands of people wishing to touch the belt, which creates traffic problems.
