Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service considered the petition placed by Integrated Energy Systems Limited (located at Panayides Building, 2nd Floor, Apt. 3, Georgiou Griva Digeni Avenue, Limassol 3030, Cyprus) regarding the purchase of a voting shareholding in TGK-9 that would give Integrated Energy Systems Limited the right to control over 25% of the company’s voting shares and would give the people involved in Integrated Energy Systems Limited the right to control over 75% of the company’s voting shares and decided to approve of it.

Concern Kalina (Russia’s major mass market cosmetics manufacturer) is currently going through significant shareholder structure changes. For one, Tarlot Holdings Limited no longer has a share in the company’s capital after its 24.98% shareholding has been sold. On the other hand, HSBC Bank Plc acquired 7.08% of the business’s shares and is now Kalina’s new shareholder. What is more, the shareholdings of Citigroup Global Markets Limited and GEMOF Russia Portfolio (Cyprus) Limited increased from 3.82% to 8.72% and from 2.75% to 5.07%, respectively.

Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited increased its share in Concern Kalina, a Russian cosmetics manufacturer, from 12.09% to 15.51%. At the same time, Prego Holdings Limited reduced its share portfolio from 45.41% down to 30.66%, whereas Kalina Finance’s share in the company went up from 5.44% to 18.56%.
