Share Issue of Ural Welding Plant Halted

The issue of Sverdlovsk Region-based Ural Welding Materials Plant’s ordinary registered uncertified shares was halted by Order 62-11-1061/pz-I of Russia’s Federal Financial Market Service’s division in Ural Federal District on August 22, 2011.
