VTB Capital Buys Share in Concern Kalina

VTB Capital is now a stockholders of Concern Kalina, a large Russian cosmetics manufacturer. VTB Capital bought a 13.5% shareholding in the company.
At the same time the shareholding owned by Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited dropped from 15.51% до 6.79%.
