SUMZ Stockholders Pass Dividend

The shareholders of Sredneuralsky Copper-Smelting Plant (SUMZ, part of UMMC) decided not to declare any dividend for the year 2010. This decision was made in the course of the annual general meeting in Revda.
It was decided that the 109.11m RUR worth of losses incurred by the company in the year 2010 will be compensated through the future profits.
